  1. I was getting tired of having to constantly edit multi instruments so I created a utility to take care of this. Forgot to post about it here, it reads directly from the pcg file now. But, this gives an idea of what it does. Pretty hand if you have a Korg instrument and Logic: http://youtu.be/jftI5GFR0i0
  2. Having done a lot of coding in Javascript.. I am chompin' at the bit!
  3. I am pretty sure that it is javascript not java. While it does still mean programming it should be an easier entry point than java. From the Effects manual: "Use the Script Editor The Script Editor is used to edit JavaScript code, enabling you to write your own MIDI plug-ins." *** Thanks to Eric's update of the original message this makes no sense. Glad it is all cleared up!
  4. I have been working on one. It is pretty specialized though for my needs. Have not seen anything else out there.
  5. Just saw this yesterday. Really nice setup. Great sounds. It is nice to see something other than the same old synth dance presets. Thanks for sharing!
  6. Well you are leaving about half the information people need on this forum and half on Korg Forums. I use my Kronos with Logic all the time - there isn't that much to it, but you have to have a few things set properly. Do you have any other audio devices? Did you set up an aggregate device? Have you tried an external instrument?
  7. So is anybody using this? yeah i know it's cheap - but its the hassle of changing and messing with something working. Is there any compelling changes that make this worthwhile? Thanks!
  8. >> Speak for yourself. Agreed - there are things like the contiguous zones problem in the EXS24 that have been a nightmare that are now fixed. That is huge for me. Sure a perfect all inclusive update is nice, but every improvement helps - they are steps forwared and that is a good thing. ed
  9. I have reported this bug to apple. I suggest you do too. They need to hear about it. Go to the Support pages and you will find a spot to send reports. ed
  10. Thanks David, Seemed like a mistake once I found it was just those. I was thinking of just taking them into Loop Utility and fixing them. I make all my own in Logic and ALU anyway. Funny how little mistakes like that can make you question everything. Thanks for the time and comments ed
  11. Did your serial work?
  12. jjigga3000 - thanks - yeah easy enough get it to work. Just wondered why it didn't pop into place like I thought apple loops are suposed to. Seems it is just these (that I have found) others are acting as expected. ed
