I am using Logic Studio with a Presonus Firestudio Project and a M-audio midisport 2x2. I have my Yamaha DT Express 3 kit connectied via midisport 2x2 (into a USB 2.o port) and am using EZDrummer. I have my Korg Triton connected via midi using the Firestudio Project interface (which is going to my new Imac via Firewire). When I record one track at a time all works well. When I try to record simultaneously, the Korg triggers the keyboard sound and the EZdrummer sound??? In the environment window all I see is the Presonus Firestudio, I do not see the Midisport. How do I see the Midisport in the environment and how do I set this up to record simultaneously? Thanks, Acousticdrum

The I/O seems to be right. I only get sound if output is set to 1-2 and I only get sound when the input is set correctly (right now I am in channel 2 on FW 1814 and in the #2 input of selected track}.

I have connected exactly as you have described - mic into input 1 (mic button out)- select a track in logic and set that audio input to 1 and it does not work. I also tried mic input 2 and track input 2. Still not working. I have the lastet updates for OS X, Logic, FW 1814. I have ensured that Logic recognizes Core Audio - FW 1814.All inputs and outputs are set up for FW 1814. (The midi is also set up for FW 1814). I have tried everything everyone has suggested and still no solution. I have read every forum I can find on Logic and M-Audio and tried each thing that was remotely similiar to my problem. Still no audio recording? Don't give up on helping me, believe me - as I receive input, I try it. It just has not resolved the problem yet. I am going to try to talk to M-Audio on Monday if possible.

I have once again downloaded all the latest drivers (m-audio and os x and logic express 7). I have ensured fw 1814 is selected in the system preferences and in logic. I still cannot get a recording??? thanks for all the replies, please keep sending suggestions - i need help!!!

I have ensured all of that is as you stated (it already was correct). I do get meter signal, but now recording on the track?? I have pro tools m-audio also, i am getting same results there - a signal, but no recording???

on my problem: i am going into input 1 on my fw-1814. My Logic I/O input is set to 1. My output is set to 1-2. I am getting an input signal on the volume bar, but I am not getting a recording on the track??? Please someone give me some input - I have updated drivers, searched databases, but have no answer.

I have an emac / osx 10.4.9 / Logic Express 7.2 / m-audio fw 1814. I cannot record any vocals or instruments through the 1814??? I can enable the record button and I get sound, but no wave form is recorded??? Please help - I have already searched repeatedly for an answer to this. I have updated all drivers and software associated with this (I think). Thanks for any input
