  1. Yeah, you know...this used to happen to me too - i think there is a thread about this somewhere on this forum. It hasnt happened to me after a software update (i dont remember which one) But for now - I think if you select all and move every region in the project and then move them all back it will stop happening - i think.
  2. Hello I master all the songs for an album in a logic session - I do fades, volume adjustments and etc then i bounce one long wav (the entire album) and put that one track into waveburner and add the track markers - I need individual waves for each song (is there a way to get .waves based on the track markers in wave burner? ____________ Heres the ways i know how to achieve this 1 - go back to the logic mastering session and do individual bounces for each song (but they will not be the exact same length as the tracks in waveburner 2 - Insert a finished cd back into the computer and rip the waves from there -_______________ is there a better way?
  3. David, my transform window does not have "delete volume events" like yours demonstrates lp9.1.5
  4. I hooked up a crap midi controller, sequenced a whole song, then realized it was recording volume change date constantly in every region how do i get it all out at once? from every region?
  5. do you have a pt or logic session open while you launch waveburner - if the sample rates are diferent, it causes the converters to not know what to be set at at least this is true with logic - not sure about pt
  6. oh you mean that arrow that was right in front of me - i thought it was for looks there it is! i still have no clue why search in finder didnt show this file thank you
  7. i am looking for a .wav that i have had in my exs 24 for years i pulled it up on the exs24 - then i hit edit to see the name of the sample its there and it plays, but when i search for that name in the finder it doesnt have any matches - is there a way to "show in finder" or to locate this file???
  8. yeah fo sure when i first came to logic (from pro tools) i was very frustrated at how much faster i could edit audio in pro tools but after working with logic for a while i found it is way better and easier than editing audio in pro toolsever was - thanks to the marque and smart smapping
  9. Marque tool.... Set your main tool to pointer arrow and if you have a mouse set the marque tool to the right click Now you can select breaths with marque and press delete Work in shuffle mode so when you move w region it will snap right to the end o the previous region
  10. look at the data input box on the bottom right of the arrange (on the transport) and see what its doing when the controller "goes weird"
  11. i see you might be able to map the global tempo to a knob on your controller - but im not sure about that yeah, there are some things logic just cant do in a live setting - usually when you adjust the tempo when it is playing, everything gets out of whack and you have to stop playback and restart it you might want to slave logic to another clock
  12. hello - yes we are all very polite and helpful here! i had the pitch drop a half step on me sometimes - but cometp think of it, it hasnt happened in a while - it might be a buggy version you have - which version is it? closing the project or quitting seems to fix it for me - ----- as far as the pitch bend - it probably is a hardware issue - i had an old midi keyboard, and a couple of the knobs wouldnt stay still - they were constantly recording midi data into logic and was a complete nightmare you can see in the bottom right corner if any midi data is entering logic - just dont press anything on the keyboard and see if data is going to logic - you might need to repair some of your keyboards pots or even the pitch bend
  13. why would you need to change it on the fly? is it for live? yes the dialog box comes up when you try to change the tempo manually, but it makes sense that it does
