  1. Ok, looks like it happens in GarageBand too. Same behavior. I am on a 5th Gen iPad Pro M1, 1TB
  2. I will try that. It doesn't happen in standalone mode with the plugins, just in Logic. But I'll confirm GarageBand too.
  3. Hello all - I discovered these great sounding plugs for Logic on iPad, but I’m unable to get them to run reliably. They work when you first insert them, but, in the instance of HLF-3C, for instance, adjusting the high filter, mutes the whole session. In another example, on their Exciter, it sounds great when inserted, but change the preset, and, boom! No audio at all. They all have demo modes, and I purchased a couple, but still have the issues. Is anyone else using these successfully? https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/rrs-ooo/id1486125568?see-all=i-phonei-pad-apps
  4. Well, that crushes my theory of Intel vs M1 having the issue, because it's happening on both types.
  5. So, @scg, are you using an Intel, or M series Mac?
  6. Theoretically, that makes sense. I will mess with that when I get back in town on Monday.
  7. Good to know, thank you. Out of curiosity, is your other machine Intel or M1? Yes, correct. I originally converted it so I could edit the fill.
  8. Thanks, polanoid! I'm submitting this info to Apple. I think you've definitely nailed down that part of the issue. Appreciate it!
  9. Yes, thanks Jordi for positing that. Then, of course you would leave Drum Kit Designer itself in standard (stock) mapping. Hope that helps. I just discovered the power of this MIDI plug myself. Here's a link to a great walkthrough of it, which includes our example. There's a lot of power in that little thing.
  10. UPDATE: I did get the flange issue to happen on a bounce while working with the project a day ago. Weird. The mystery continues. I did submit this as feedback to Apple as well. I heard back from them and sent the project with all this info to them. Hopefully they'll get it figured out.
  11. Might be an odd thing to try, but if you switch the designer to standard mapping, then try the Scripter MIDI plugin with the VDrum map selected, do you still get that same behavior?
  12. Ok - I bounced it (7 times, like a good beta tester 😂). The Flange issue does not happen on the bounce. However the missed 1st note on the Pattern Issue does. Anyone else able to get the flange to happen in a bounce?
  13. I haven't tried bouncing it yet. I will do that later tonight. I also sent this in feedback to Apple, and heard back from them - so any more info we can garner would be useful. scg, did you also experience the missed 1st beat on the other section (marked "Pattern Issue")? 2. I’ve also discovered an issue where the first beat is missed (Marked "Pattern Issue”). This happens every time on this pattern. Again, if you convert it to a drummer region, it is fine. But switch it back to a purple pattern, and the first beat of that pattern does not play.
