This new version is pretty cool, but have to agree with what David said, desktops are going away slowly. I can do everything I want on my mac book pro, just wish I could hook up 3 monitors to it

Personally myself, regardless if anything is broken, it nice to have new toys to play with. Yes I love Logic 9, but what could Logic ? bring to the table. We can all think of a 100 things we would like Logic to do, just seems new development has been stagnant for a while. I just dont understand why people here are getting so worked up cause we want something new? jmo

The better half has finally given the blessing to purchase a new audio interface. I am torn between the Apogee Ensemble or the Apogee Quartet. Can anyone who currently owns or owned either of these shed some personal experiences? My main goal Multiple outputs Multiple inputs (2 to 3 stereo) Thanks

the short answer is no, the long answer depends on what midi instrument you have. Most midi items need to be in focus to work. Just became a pretty big fan of automap, check it out. great book also http://shop.oreilly.com/product/9781870775397.do

thank you! What a PITA! Guess I am not going to do it this way

I have searched through this forum and tried everything I think. When I open up the ESX24, select Edit, then Instrument. Every option under ReCycle convert is greyed out. I have the latest rex library installed under Library/Application Support/Propellerhead Software/Rex, is does show two files Rex Shared Library and Rex Shared Library.bundle. I have myself and everyone as Read and Write permissions. What else could I possibly be missing to make this work? Or am I flat out doing it wrong? Thanks

I guess it is working now, not clue what the problem was at all. I am not doing anything different. thanks for your help David

Update Last night it started working but intermittently, I haven't made any changes either. So I guess I will test a bit more and see what's up Thanks for looking at it and sorry the instrument didn't save
