  1. I puts it on the side, on the floor. Only time I look at it is if something goes wrong (rarely).
  2. I'm remapping my Mainstage Setup. Anyhow, I'm thinking of using Sends/Busses etc for my Effects to conserve CPU power. However, will I have the problem of having to re-adjust all the effects setting when I change Patch since the Busses will be on a global level? Or can I make Mainstage remember them.
  3. Another Question. Anyone tried to ReWire NI Maschine? I'm looking at getting one.
  4. A few questions. I have Keystation 88 Pro and Mainstage 1, and I was wondering. For a live performance, can I send on all/select the MIDI Channels? Additionally, can I set the entire controller to a "Blank Slate" and have it only do what I tell it to, some of the controls send multiple messages, but that's most probably got something to do with the build in presets... Thirdly, can I modify the Pitch Bend so I can go 2 Semitones up, but 2 Octaves down?
  5. Piano player of 17 years here. I found the Keystation 88 More than acceptable for the price it was available. Whilst I'm not expecting a replica of a true piano (And every piano is different), it worked well enough for the price.
  6. I'm not sure which is better, BUT I rarely have problems with RAM. I'm usually using about ~750MB out of the 2GB I have available. I have a separate channel strip for each instrument, changing when necessary, but I'm pretty sure Mainstage doesn't "Double Load" samples, in that if you have 3 instances of the Piano, you won't use 3x as much Ram as one instance.
  7. Top, 37 Key Synth Bottom, 61 Key Midi Controller Side, Rack with Laptop placed in the top half. Will be upgrading to a tower soon.
