  1. Thanks for the answer, im going to try this. One of my problems to understand the use of the click its that i dont know how tho change the frecuency of the clicks, in the Metronome options i just can see velocity (thats for the pressure or the volume of the sound), but anything related to frecuency of "tas"( i mean, ta..............ta..............ta ,or ta....ta....ta, or ta.ta.ta.ta.ta.ta..............) U know how can i modify that?
  2. Hello , i ask for some help, im lost in the recording procces...at the begining.... I want to make 9 klopfgeist tracks for each of my 9 songs to recorded them afer...i dont know how to use the klopfgeist...i think i have to create channel strip and then take an instrument to sound and something like insert the klopfgeist, is something of this correct? Thank you
  3. I said so cause i dont know how to assign them to a midi controller,im on the layout window with a patch that has i.e. 2 different sounds on it, but i just can assign the volumes by channels (=patches).im a bit confused!
  4. You are right, first read, second answer ..i just read through it quickly time ago, and i had problems to understand the word pach, but now when adding a 2nd channel, i saw it...the problem i see now its the volumes, they are not independent, arent they? thanks!
  5. Hello, ive just come from reading a post about playing 2 software instruments at the same time on logic with one midi controller, you just have to hold shift down and click the rec buttons of the channels you want to play simultaneously. On mainstage theres no rec buttons, so its possible to do it anyway?
  6. How quick i got the answer, thanks, very helpfull and easy to make! i was looking to do the same with mainstage, but theres no rec buttons...im going to ask in the mainstage forum
  7. Hi, i have a question to solve...can i use 2 or more software instruments at the same time? i have a keyboard (mide controler) and i like for example play a piano sound and the glaciar melt sound, or the calm winds sound behind the piano to make it more atmosferic....i just cand do that for a few seconds...i click the background sound (ie glaciar melt) and play the keyboard and press the sustain pedal to keep it sounding and then i click the piano and start playing. I can make new notes with the glaciar melt till the first notes ive played with that sound are still on the air (and the lights of theChannel Strip Meters are still on-up and down-) because of the sustain pedal, but then i free the pedal and close to this action i just have the option of using only the piano sound. Any idea for using 2 or more at the same time? thanku
  8. it was a good explanation, very usefull, thanks. it has worked in one click, with the original individual click of the one ive use to make my just one click track. i couldnt do anything with the others, but i felt happy when that click disappear , i have lived an "hey it works!" moment. so , i think im going to record again, cause, now i still dont have the knowledge to investigate, or even to have doubts, not enough material in my brain to doubt about! thanks again for all the help!
  9. HI! i cant get it working, i have at the begining 4 clicks without guitar, so ive copied them and make a bucle with it in a second track ,the one that has the gain inserted with the invert phase option (it does matter here if it is stereo or mono? maybe is the problem?) but still dont know what it means mix in, i just turn up and down the 2 volumes and im hearing the click (i think i dont hear any kind of variation ) thanks again!
  10. Hello again! im on the way to get it i think, i got stuck on the end of it, i have the copy with the correct position (on time) and i ve inserted the gain with the "invert phase " but i dont know what to do to mix in, is it to make a bounce? im learning...
  11. Thank for all the answers...to clarify this i must say i record it by accident, so theres none click record i can work with to erase the click in the guitar audio...the thing is that i just need a botched job to cover or hide in anyway the sound, its a pre-record, i just need the drummer who its going to use for making the real record doesnt go crazy and deaf with the click click...any ideas?
  12. Hello, first i want to thank for the anwer to my first question in this forum, i was moving home and i wasnt using the computer...here it goes my second one: i made a record of a guitar with a klopfgeist , and now i dont want to hear the clac clac clac , ive tried to EQ it but i dont know the frecuency of it, so doing the EQ almost blind i f*%@ the guitar in the process...ive read something about adding the inverse of the wave, but to do so you have to record again the klopfgeist, is there any way to do it just copying the audio that i already have and do the inversion ? Thanks for reading!
  13. Hello, im new in all that (machines) and i have an easy question that isnt so for me... i have a motu 8pre and a mac, im trying to record with it but when i put the motu as my driver (in the section core audio of logic pro ) i can record but i cant hear the sounds that logic produces (like software instruments), so i have to change from driver to driver everytime i want to record . (i take the sound out of my mac from the phones to the amplifier). i want to record the software instruments with an allround microphone conected to the motu. Thanks for the time!
