  1. Here's a new beat i created called "Apothecary". Feel free to share constructive criticism and i'll return the feed back. [soundcloud] [/soundcloud]
  2. Thanks for your response Could you explain further about this. My audio interface is an apogee duet 2. On the back of my radium 49 there are 2 midi out's (1 keyboard & 1 usb). Would the cable just be midi on one side and usb on the other?
  3. interesting choice of sounds. i like the vocal samples. this got the head nodding. nice work check my beats out in this thread. Any constructive criticism is welcomed viewtopic.php?f=14&t=110523
  4. nice beat here. i like the uptempo vibe of it. good work check out mine here. any constructive criticism is welcomed viewtopic.php?f=14&t=110523
  5. i wonder if they can somehow pull the usb port out to make it functional or not
  6. looks like i'm going to have to get a new midi controller i am thinking a 25 key should do the job but then i'll be restricted on keys. i don't play the keys im trying to use it to trigger sounds but it also has to be sturdy so im willing to pay around $200usd. any suggestions would greatly appreciated.
  7. thanks for the response yeah, that's gotta be the problem. it sucks that this is a discontinued product so the odds of them updating the driver is slim and none. i have a m - audio axiom 49 2nd gen in perfect condition but the usb port on the back seems to be really loose and wont connect either. i tweeted m audio's account but im not holding my breath for a response. seems now i might have to just go out and purchase a 25 key midi controller for my portable set up. any suggestions.
  8. Hi David, Thanks for that. It's been a minute since I posted on the forum . I really hope I can get this figures out without going out and spending money on a 25 key midi controller. Kind regards Joe
  9. What's up everyone, My M Audio Radium 49 midi controller fails to be recognized in Logic 9. I used the "caps lock" work around and my software instruments work so i narrowed the problem to the midi controller. The midi controller is extremely old, i have to resort to that until i get my m audio axiom 49 2nd gen fixed, but i have been having issues ever since i upgraded to OS X Yosemite. Finder--> Applications --> Utilities --> Audio Midi Set up and it's not showing my controller. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated it. Thanks.
  10. interesting stat once i get my macbook pro fixed...the logic board fried again (early 2008 model, 2.4ghz, 4GB) that those specs would be sufficient to work with Logic X
  11. Thanks for the response. Using the built-in interface at 128 it works perfectly fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled the duet 2 drivers as well...but it doesn't seem to help.
  12. Hi, I'm having trouble bouncing audio & midi tracks using Logic 9.1.6 (64 bit) & the apogee duet 2. The progress bar when bouncing seems to get stuck like 1/4-1/2 through for some reason. It plays in realtime but then sometimes gets static and stops playing completely. This is the case no matter the buffer size. (128 - 512). I've also tried this with 32 bit and still got the same results My setup is: macbook pro --> apogee duet 2 --> krk rokit 6 monitors here is a screen shot of my duet 2 settings in maestro 2 http://i39.tinypic.com/2vvp5aq.png Here is the audio settings for logic: http://i43.tinypic.com/et5op2.png adding a new audio track http://i42.tinypic.com/1zzyo4.png settings to bounce http://i39.tinypic.com/a9wlv.png Bouncing getting stuck http://i44.tinypic.com/2cxxq9c.png after some time it eventually finishes but the .wav file produces no sound Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
  13. the Nexus2 (version 2.3.2) made by reFX is now 64 bit compatible
  14. thanks for clearing that up. I appreciate all the responses regarding my question. i actually just got the new Nexus2 update 2.3.2 through refx's homepage which is a 64 bit version. It's pretty much my main AU i use
