I actually wrote into musicians friend and they said they have no plans of discontinuing the keyboard. They also have a 45 day return time if it's not to your taste. I'd also be purchasing the 3 year warranty.

I sent an e-mail to musicians friend to see if I can get to the bottom of this. Thanks very much for bringing that to my attention. It just seems like trouble buying a keyboard that is getting ready to discontinue.

I've been planning on getting studiologic VMK 188 plus from musicians friend but looked for it on sweetwater and they say they are not carrying studiologic. Does anyone know why this is? I'm just worried it's thought of as an inferior product.

You know I pretend to be a musician but I still clearly need a musicians dictionary as I don't understand the vernacular at all. I do appreciate your help but I've just got no idea what to do and I know you've given me ideas but it's still right over my head LOL!

can you load it into garageband and if so how do would you go about that? I appreciate all your help as I've found no other help for this situation.
