  1. great thanks a lot for your help. I was having similar thoughts about using BFD as a standalone and then get rid of it totally once I have finished editing drum parts. Cheers Mark
  2. Hello, Im having massive problems when I use BFD2 with Logic 9 as a plug-in. As soon as I try to play something back the CPU goes mad and totally overloads, its really unusable at the moment. If anybody has any tips on how I can minimise the CPU that would be a big help... Thanks Mark
  3. great thanks a lot for that! Im still pretty new to using Logic! thanks again Mark
  4. Hey Im currently using Logic Pro 9 and am having a bit of problem when using Guitar Rig 2 and some other plug-ins. I can use plug ins on about 9/10 track (maybe 8 sometimes) but if I try to use any more than this my CPU overloads. The system never crashes I just have to get rid of some of the plug-ins. Any help you could offer would be great! Thanks Mark
  5. So does this mean I can track up to 8 instruments at once? With each individual input going to an individual channel on Logic 9? Sorry for my naivety... Like I said I'm new to all of this!
  6. Great, thanks a lot for your help! Im still not 100% sure if I really need 8 inputs... maybe I could go as low as 4 for what I would be using it for!
  7. Hi, Im relatively new to all this and am looking to really upgrade my home studio and get a decent audio Interface. I don't have to much money to spend which is a bit of a problem, I know. I have seen the M-Audio Fast Track Ultra 8R, which looks like the best option for me especially in regards to the amount of tracks available and most importantly the price. Would this work OK with Logic Pro 9? I would really appreciate any help you could give me, Many thanks Mark
  8. thanks a lot for that walkthrough. I just tried it out and it worked perfectly for me! Thanks again Mark
  9. Hey, I've just got BFD2 with the intention of using it as a plug in with Logic 9. How do I set it up with Logic? I can only seem to locate it in the sends strip of a software instrument... I cant seem to find it as an instrument in its own right. Thanks Mark
  10. Hey, I am relatively new to using Logic and am struggling to work out how to connect my Behringer BCF-2000 control surface to Logic 9. I really don't know where or how to get started with using USB Control Surfaces so any help would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot Mark
