Same here. Tried to resolve it with the basic things by fixing rights etc. but no luck. It might be something caused by spotlight (mds process) since it seems to be working during that "noisy" 10-15 minutes in wich Logic won't startup. I tried re-indexing it, but no.. Should kill that frikin' process once and for all!
