do you still have to have the controller assignment window open to do that?

Right.The question is can i switch zones from a controller?

how would one go about doing that? i know you can create zones in the controller assignment window..but how can you do that on the Akai..do you know about that one?

Hi.I know there is manual on this forum somewhere for Logic 8 and the MPK25.I watched SfLogicninja's video and read David's topic to so i know how to assign controls to the knobs on my controller.The question i have is - I wish i did not have to go the Controller window everytime i want to switch controls - for example - if i am working in ES1 and i have the clicked on in the Controller window but then i want to work in EXS24...is there a way to assign commands on my Mpk25 to swtich it from there?I am still not a whiz at my MPK25 so maybe i just have to make presets.I am not sure.Thanks.

Why do i get the feeling that like anything between C2 and C4 works best in Logic - once you go over C5,6,7,8 - stuff is like to high.In other DAW's it wasnt like that?Can someone explain?Thanks.

ok i think for 250 you can only get the mpk25 brand new...i think im going to go with that one.does it for sure work with mac and Logic 9?Thanks.

obviously it works on mac.....i am used to just playing the keys..what do the faders and pads do?
