  1. Hi, I have the same problem. Working on 10.4.8, trying to assign the channel to audio 256 but only goes up to 33. Ctr-clicking the solo-safe channel helps but when I want to bounce it automaticly jumps on. I didn't use a template. So that's a big lesson I guess. Any Idea on what to do now?
  2. I'm at LP 10.4.8 I have the same problem multiple times when only one project is open and I'm creating new tracks in recording sessions. Track settings change, even from instrument to audio settings. Within instrument tracks, the settings move from one track to another, without any reason. I don't have multiple sessions open. It happens also a lot when making track stacks. It makes Logic, my preferred DAW sometimes very messy to use.
  3. Hi, In the past, omf import was working perfect for me. Now, I'm having the same problem: Error (Result Code = -37) Bad file name or volume name the OMF comes from the video editor, working on FCP 9 if I click the OK button 30 times, I get the file finally imported , but only a few audiofiles do open. Could I send someone the omf to see if the problem is somewhere in the original file? I tried aaf to but that ended up just empty trakcks.. here's my setup: logic pro 9.1.8 osx 10.9.4 motu 828 firewire Model Name: MacBook Pro Model Identifier: MacBookPro8,2 Processor Name: Intel Core i7 Processor Speed: 2,2 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 4 File System: Journaled HFS+ Writable: Yes Ignore Ownership: No BSD Name: disk0s2 Media Name: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB Media L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB L3 Cache: 6 MB Memory: 8 GB Boot ROM Version: MBP81.0047.B27 SMC Version (system): 1.69f4 Sudden Motion Sensor: State: Enabled
  4. ok, indeed it must have been leopard upgraded to 10.7.5 I tried some things: I found out that I had two versions of the Prokit: ProKit(Leopard).framework and ProKit.framework I compressed the leopard file to disable it and put it away on the desktop. So the one that is still in place now is version 7.2.3 -> still hanging at startup I'm not using a euphonix device. I found a euphonix folder in HD/library/application support and deleted it. Strange thing is that logic still hangs now at "Eucon support". (and starts up eventually after 5 minutes) maybe now I should do a re-install of logic? (Just the program and not the audio content stuff.) Should I first delete some things?
  5. Hi all, I'm running logic 9.1.8 fine on my macBook pro. I did a fresh install on another computer: my second-hand Mac Pro; no extra plugins, with a motu PCI 24I/O card. Occasionaly, logic runs (slow), but sometimes it crashes at startup (hanging at "starting up EuCon support"). When it opens, it is after 5 - 8 minutes. When I try starting up with "press and hold down the Control key immediately after Logic starts to open": the same problem. no difference for 32 or 64 mode.. I also configured an "aggregate device" in audio - midi setup of osx. Would this be the trouble maker? Any idea's that could help fix this problem? greets & thanks, ruben
