  1. Hello, I have a four input prenup plugged into my computer. I plugged to microphones and an electric guitar into three of the four no matter what setting I use for input for example input one, input two, input three logic will record if armed, for instance, logical record on track for input for even with absolutely nothing plugged into it if I want to record a voice on track two will also show up on track three which is said it input three for the electric guitar and track four, which is blank. I know there must be some setting. I’ve thought about stereo versus mono settings versus Mike settings. You would think that I would just be able to plug in three different inputs arm, each track and record. Any ideas for me to check on?
  2. Thank you for the help I appreciate it the midi track is selected and will record it’s the audio tracks that are auto arming and I can’t stop it even if I don’t select it purposely make sure that I clicked it to the off position
  3. Yes, if you look at the screenshot you’ll see the crimson track already is partially armed I click record and it light up and records
  4. Hi and thank you for replying…..it’s not the audio being selected….by me…. It keeps arming itself, I turn it off, it turns back on, etc…
  5. always arms can't stop it- drives me nuts- only when recording midi==see Crimson Tweed even though I keep clearing it it returns to this status-when I hit record for the piano-crimson records too- which just erased a kick a$$ solo
  6. I want to copu from Bar 1 through bar 12 in 5 different tracks. WHen I highlight for some reason the entire track is highlighted- IS there an easy way to do this? Thank you, Don
  7. Found it after searching one after another.... hope this helps Sampler>>>>Textures>>>>Vocal Shouts (plus there's LOT of other voices buried under the different Instruments!)
  8. Hi Team- upgraded the other day and I found a great set of vocal shouts and effects. I believe it was under the "Sampler" the old ESX24- Now I cannot find them anywhere- Maybe they were setup like a drum kit- maybe something else- I vaguely remember seeing the word voices YOur help finding this is appreciated!! Don
  9. Hello, I use LPX and GB now Im using my iPad with GB. On my iPad I am presented an awesome set of electronic sounds that I can easily create a very complex drum background by tapping icons- works easily. So I figure if it's on my iPad it's gotta be on my Mac in LPX or GB- but... nothing... sure there's loops but really nothing with this ease- it's like having a drum machine. Am I missing something somewhere? Thanks, Don
  10. Picture shows the music has been moved off the beat so that when the loop starts at 1 theres now a space of silence so that the first notes would play-even wi5 this offset the first chords don’t sound n each following loop
  11. I wish it were something I was doing--- take a look here and you'll see
  12. Hi and thanks both- I tired it both ways... directly on beat and then moving it slightly off (besides the effect on my loop) the sounds still won't play on time. I read somewhere a long time ago there's a fix but just not happening for me- Don
  13. So, simple loop started on time in bar one. Loop the section and Logic will only play the NEXT set of notes- not the ones on the mark of the loop even though the loop starts at the bar. Tried a couple work throughs like moving and trying to change the cycle area, changed the CHASE settings0 no joy.... Any ideas? Don
  14. So in an audio channel...the red is highlighted (not full "on" by default. WHen you try to pick any different audio track the record enable moves through the track with you. PITA! Only thing that has worked for me is to simply start at the top of my audio tracks and put a synthesizer track on the bottom. I click, click, click each track one after another, until I reach the synthesizer track and voila- no more audio tracks are engaged- It's probably a setting buried somewhere like automatically arm audi tracks but I don't know enough about the program to find it. Hope this helps someone- Don
