OMG, really!? Please, is there any possibility to get a couple of screen-saves to illustrate the procedure? I don’t really understand the opening an old project part? I actually already did that and I got no such alert, what happened instead was just that since I already ”remapped” a chunk of my samples at that point the wrong samples where played due to the fact that I for some reason mapped them differently then prevoiusly... So if it’s not to much trouble, some screen-saves?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think as soon as you link one of the samples, it automatically syncs all the other ones on the same folder. I think it happened to me in the past where I had an .exs file not finding the samples and (I guess) once I linked one of the samples, all the other samples were found. I tried that, did not work for me, only the sample I clicked on locate file was found.... I really wish that Logic would have had a better solution for this. I started mapping all my samples and it is tideous to say the least☹️

I am having the same issue, posted bout it just a few days ago.... I started "remapping" everything cause there seems to be the only way to get things up and running again.

Hehe I am indeed impressed, I actually managed to run into a problem that no one had ever heard about, on this site with all the shared wisdom. There always seems to be an answer to find here for every issue you can come across with Logic and I have found sooo many tips and tricks over the years that have helped me on this awsome knowledgebase that this site is thanks to all you guys! I was absolutely confident that one of you would make a swift reply tipping me off to a well known and simple solution. So this means that this issue is not an easy fix then, bummer for me, I was really curious to know what was wrong !

Hi Guys!... Having this issue that I just can't seem to solve. Recently upgraded to a new laptop and along with that the latest version of Logic. Here's the issue, when I now transfer all my Sampler Instruments and Samples into the Audio Music Apps-folder and start Logic the strangest thing happens. The majority of the instruments come up as non functional, missing the audiofiles is what it claims.... All I did was to transfer all the files to an external drive from the old computer and then into the new computer placing them into the right folder!?.... Since there are thousands of files I do NOT want to have to "remap" all of them.... again, making new Sampler Instruments and assigning all the Samples etc... Why is Logic doing this??? How can I resolve it?? One thing I thought of was that I changed the " file structure" from the last setup when placing them on the new computer, so I then tried to place them in the same exact folders as they where on the last setup which where the Application Support/Logic, but still non functional..... I have searched the web for an answer and found many tips but NONE fixed the issue. I am now hoping that you guys may have the answer, would be much appreciated I am uploading a screensave of how the EXS24 looks like when this happens and I click the edit button on it....

Mark: found it!! Installed and found Axiom Pro , 49 and 25 but no 61 just like K Bright stated so I just set it to Axiom Pro... Onward to the next step, setting up environment! Thanks so much the help guys, I've been away from musicmaking for a long time, when I last was fibbling the keyboard my Logic version read 7.4.1... And then I had no softsynths at all. But this time I digtized my whole setup, everything new and nothing external except mic, preamp and midikeyboard.... So there is much to learn! Gotta relearn environment and getting a decent Autoload up and running. Thanks again guys!

Mark: checked out the link... Thats the driver/software I downloaded to start with and installed, opened up the control surface and wnet to setup where the Pro 61 did not appear in the list, did a scan but nothing... so here I am stuck after doing all this and it still wont work so now what? I must be missing something... must be..

Hi... Been trying to get my Axiom setup in the control surface. Installed the latest drivers for the keyboard and went on to find it in Logics control surface, I scanned but it doesnt come up?? The list includes a whole bunch of different controllers but no Pro 61? I can do basic learn assignements but to get the Hypercontrols working I need to get the control surface setup... What am I missing? *help*

I have the exact same problem! Got a bunch of plugins from different companies and they all got validated except the ones from Rop Papen... Got the Explorer Box from them. So I contacted their support and was asked to download updates and do uninstall and them install uppdates and the same thing just kept happening... So now I copy and pasted the errormessages to the Rob Papen support and its been almost a week and no word.. I guess I'll just have to wait for a reply, maybe this is a trickier issue then they thought?
