Hi Guys, Im still pretty new to logic, I was reading the manual, trying to get to grips with editing automation data, I was just trying to automate the volume of a loop and also messing with the marquee tool, When I press E the editor comes up but theres only ever 1 line of data even though I have several nodes drawn in, I move the play head over the nodes but theres only 1 line of data. eg 01:00:00;00. I was under the impression from a you tube video I saw that I could move the nodes by dragging the numbers up or down in the editor. I know Im doing something wrong or some setting or something is not right. Can any one help me out? Many Thanks.

When Im stuck staring at a screen the first thing I do is load a ghost track, a track I really like the sound of and try emulate it and, it always evolves into your own track after you change keys and even get ideas from the arrangement etc, but you can always be sure it will be your own original when its finished, its really just to get your creativity going when stuck in a rut.

I went through the disconnect midi key boards and controller etc, and it was still happening. I then checked all my automation on the 2 offending channels, the problem for me was in the midi volume below the piano roll. there was a spike on one or two of the notes to 6.1db. sorted!!!

Has anyone solved this problem yet? its driving me mad, I cant figure it out. please help.

Hi all, Ive searched the forum but I dont even know what the correct terminology is, so I apologise in advance, in logic and on the mac if I move my mouse pointer top a top corner logic disappears of the screen I dont know how to fix this and its driving me nuts. Any help would be great. Cheers

Hi All, I hope Im posting in the correct section so if Im in the wrong place forgive me. I have an acapella I really like and I want to use it in a project but it has a lot of reverb in it, I dont have a dry version to play with, is there a way of reducing the reverb effect on a sample? I know Im probably mad even asking but I gotta know Cheers

Hi thanks for reply, the loop sounds exactly like it should be and as it sounds in FL when I press the space bar and same key too. I checked the Sample rate of the loops they are all 44.100 24 bit and the audio settings is 44.100. cheers.

Hi all, Im having a bit of a problem with a particular set of vocal loops I want to use in a project, I audition them in the browser and they sound fine, I know that the loops are 128 bpm and they are in G# they work fine in FL studio and ableton, but as soon as I drag and drop them to the arrange area they are really high pitched but they are in time, Ive tried converting them to apple loops but It didnt solve the problem. Can anybody help me? Thanks.
