that fixed the problem. thanks! so anytime i install a new plugin i need to run logic in 32-bit mode? that seems so silly.

i'm having the same problem and yes i am trying to instantiate it from the instrument slot (i/o). the funny thing is that it works in ableton live and bidule. v-station and other plugs work just fine. i have already reinstalled, rebooted and deleted the bass station component from the components directory. even plists, etc. nothing works. bass station just won't show up in logic. its not in the au manager either. after re-install i am able to authorize and use it in live or bidule.
