I have my normal Logic content on a separate hard drive. As I had previous Alchemy content on my primary drive all the 14GB new content also ended up there instead of the Logic folder on my secondary drive. Does anybody know of a simple method to move the Alchemy content without having to do a new installation?

I have 10.1 and have downloaded the content in electric drummer and can use that. I can see the new compressor and most other stuff. BUT it seems that the Mellotron is not there and there is no additional content to download. Any ideas?

I had to reinstall the Soundflower drivers and had forgotten that you have to uninstall the old ones first to be able to do that..... ;o) Nowdays you find the drivers here: http://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/soundflower/ Other than that all works fine for me too!

I am planning to get a new Mac and are considering the alternative with a 1 TB fusiondrive. I know that there were huge initial problems with these at the beginning but are these problems still existing? Please let me know your experiences of using the fusiondrives together with Logic Pro X! Anybody tested them with the new Yosemite OSX?

I find some odd behavior with transposing audio loops. If I drag in an apple loop i can see the transpose option in the inspector. If I repeat the region a couple of times and then join the copies to one region... the transpose option are suddenly gone... ;o( Is there a way to get it back? I have tried using flex pitch without any success either... I find this behavior a bit odd compared to the other DAWs I use like Studio One and Live but I might just be missing something.

Every time I create a new track and want to go into the inspector the track and region windows hides part of my channel strips. Are there any way to change this behaviour so they are closed as default or maybe a key command to close them without having to use the mouse? Regards/Bengt

OK, found a solution. I had one of those tweaked GUI:s and that seems to cause this problem. I did a reset to the original GUI and rebooted and... Voila! It downloads about 80 MB and installs without the big download. My only problem is that I am back to the old horrible depressing GUI.... I can't make music with this GUI. I have to go back to Live or some other DAW until it is possible with other skins again. I hate light grey on dark grey! Best regards

I have big problems to get this upgrade. At first the big downloaded started but failed at the same point and then I read about a recommended reboot. After the reboot the first 80 MB download works and installed but then the big download fails at approximately the same point about 700 MB. Does anybody else have this problem and succeeded to solve it? Best regards.
