I think I am having the same problem. The only thing is, I believe my audio device requires a different driver than the one you mentioned.. So i think i have to wait until M-Audio updates their driver or am i wrong?? I seriously need advice because it's quite frustrating.. Im working with Profire.. What do you suggest I do? (If there is anything i Can do to solve this problem) I have the 10.9.2 by the way

I was wondering what the initial mix of a song should consist of (before the mastering stage)with respect to eq'ing, reverb and compression etc. being that when you master, you basically use the same plugins(?).. Are you suppose to use certain plugins a certain way when mixing a track compared to when you are mastering it? I ask because i tend to use a lot of compression and eq within the initial vocal mix while at the sometime I use compression and eq'ing in the mastering stage and i feel like i am overkilling my vocals with all the plugins. As a result, i believe, my vocals don't sit well..

I am trying to reverse my audio file. But when i open my editor only a few icons appear (unusual). Is this a glitch or do i have to make an adjustment within my settings. By the way, the same thing happens when i try to operate flex pitch. For example, it won't allow me to correct the pitch of the entire file as a whole.. HELP! NOTICE There is no FILE and/or TRACK at the top of my Editor

Is there a way I can automate the effect once I have the effect executed so that it automatically snaps in and out throughout the arrangement?????

Ok, so Im not sure if it's a glitch or maybe I pressed a command and didn't know it but the cluster of tools that appear at the upper left hand corner of the screen are not showing (e.g.. Library, Inspector, Toolbar, Quick Help etc..) THANKS I posted a screenshot of my problem...

I was wondering if anyone could help me by giving me the parameters through eq'ing that i should tweak to give the mix a "through the wall" effect as it is on Garageband? And when doing so, is there a way i can automate the effect within the arrangement so that it comes in and out where i wish? Thanks
