Yeah I did that and couldn’t find them anywhere in there. Luckily I found an old version of Logic 9 on my MacBook and found them in there. They seem to be way hidden in LPX.

I can't seem to find this Images folder in Logic 10.4.2. Has the location been changed in newer versions?

Where does Logic save its icons for the tracks? Im not looking for where to save custom icons, but where to find the default PNG icons. Thanks in advance for the help

I just got myself a new iMac and I would like to move Logic across to it, cos I don't have the fastest of internets to download all the content again. So I tried moving across all the Logic content from my MacBook to the iMac and placed them in the same location. I moved the following: /Applications/Logic Pro X /Library/Application Support/Logic /Library/Application Support/GarageBand /Library/Audio/Apple Loops /Library/Audio/Apple Loops Index /Library/Audio/Impulse Resonses /Users/username/Music/Audio Music Apps /Users/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs /Users/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist But when I launch it on my iMac it still says that the sound library content hasn't been downloaded, even though I moved it all across to the same locations. Is there something else I am missing?

I'm trying to get TouchOSC working with Logic, and don't seem to be having much luck. I want to use TouchOSC to control faders which will be mapped to Control Change messages, like CC1, and CC11 so that I can record these in when recording a part. I created a fader for CC1, so its going to Control Change Channel 1, and Number 1. This works fine by controlling CC1. But when I try record when I move the fader on TouchOSC it stops playback in Logic. Any idea what this could be. Is Logic using Channel 1 Number 1 for anything else that is overriding the TouchOSC setting? Seems to work for Expression when I set it to Ch1, Number 11. Doesn't stop the playback when recording. But Channel 1, Number 1 does. Any idea what this could be, and how to resolve it?

I tried playing the video in VLC, and it seems fine. So definitely linked to Quicktime and the codec. Will try reload. Funny though as I thought VLC used the quicktime codecs to play back movies if it's a MOV.

Yeah It's apparent in Quicktime Pro as well. So it seems to be related somehow to the quicktime video codec. But its fine when I play it on another machine. I tested it out by playing it on my PC. SO not sure if it does the same thing on another mac with 10.11.

Hi Guys, I'm having a problem with my movie exports in Logic. When I export to movie, when I play it back there is a click in the sound just after a second. Happens every time with different Logic projects. So what I have been doing is bouncing out the audio and then using Quicktime Pro to embed the audio in the movie. But when I do this I find the audio is out of sync. So I need to movie the audio over about 300 samples. I also found that when I watched the movie with the click in it on another machine that it didn't have the click. So definitely seems like something specific on my Mac Pro I'm running Logic 10.2.0, and Mac OS X 10.11.3.

I'm trying to get my Launchkey 61 to work with Logic 10.1 as a control surface but not having much luck. I have added the Mackie HUI HUI Control Surface. But I can only choose the InControl under the Output not the Input option. The transport buttons work. But not the faders and rotary knobs. Also when I click on the previous and next MIDI instrument track it opens and closes the automation lane. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks,

Thanks Jordi. I tried out the Snapper demo, and it seems to work quite well. I'll try out Audiofinder as well and compare it to Snapper.

This is more an OS question, but thought you guys may know here seeing as it is audio related. I'd love to know if there was a QuickLook extension that could be added to the OS, so that when I previewed an audio file, it displayed the waveform shape as well. This would be a great way to see the audio transients in the audio file as well. Does anyone know if this is possible. I see there are extensions for other applications, but can't see one for audio waveform displays.

Can you run Logic 9 and Logic X on the same system?

I have no idea on what I have changed. But now If I launch ToushOSC on my iPad and then Launch Logic. Logic doesn't even pickup the iPad as a controller device. Its not even seeing it. Nothing has changed with my network settings. Also when I go to Found Hosts. It doesn't pickup my Macbook anymore. Any help would be much appreciated.
