I'm trouble shooting my setup. I've been using Cubase 6.5 for a while and I thought I'd try Logic instead. I can't get it to work properly so I did a simple test to trouble shoot. I have my system in the signature. Basically the goal was to create one audio track in Logic and record the Motif's stero output 1+2 to that track. The motif is set up to monitor with pc and the quick setup to record to external sequencer. I have created one audio track in Logic set to receive audio on channel 1+2. The motif is set up with an organ voice on midi channel 1 and sending the resulting audio out on channel 1+2. I've inclded pictures of the editor and the logic mixer. To me it seems straight forward enough but when I play there's no sound, no reaction on the meters. If I however select L&R as the output channels and "Internal" in the editor's quick setup, then I do get audio. But the whole point is to separate the audio streams. I must not understand something basic about the motif right here.
