ok…i upgraded to 10.6 still same problem

its an example of my tracks not lining up to the bar.

Hope this files works this time. thanks for your reply...this is a screenshot of my problem..the top on eis logic x, the bottom is garageband,,as you see, they are lining up on the bar when i export the tracks.

Hello my problem is when i export/bounce a track from Logic or Garageband i get at least a 20 milli-second delay before my tracks start..(see photo)..this is causing huge problems for me as i am sending my tracks over to friends to play on and the delay is causing huge problems for me.. any advice very appreciated thanks
