  1. I am trying to quantize Quarter and half not triplets in Logic X while using the Play Engine. I'm running East West Libraries off an external HD that is plugged into my computer directly by USB. When I was able to get it to finally quantize (not sure how I did it, seemed to just 'start working'), the midi files wouldn't bounce down as an audio file in the correct triplet quantized time. I.e., when I 'bouce in place', it's like the computer reads the notes as 'sixteenth notes' rather than the half note triplets? This seems to only happen when I'm using Play? Suggestions? The particularly midi sequence I'm bouncing was originally imported from a Sibelius midi file. I am using a Mac Os X w/ Mavericks. I have 16 GB of Ram, and the I/O buffer size in Logic X is 1024. Cheers
  2. Hi, I'm running a sample library (east West Symphony Orchestra) in Logic Pro X. I've imported midi and the timing seems to go out a lot. This is strange as it shouldn't, due it was quantized when I imported it from Sibelius. I have tried quantizing it using the usual methods, and when I close the program and reopen it, it goes out of time again. I have tied the fancy way of resetting midi via the midi transform window, but to no avail. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?
