  1. Wow, great spot Eric Since disabling the midi clock output, a previously saved version now bounces correctly without any changes. Yucky bug but glad it's sorted!
  2. thanks again, out of interest did you deduce that or could you see something from the video to lead you to that?
  3. Aha! It's fixed, this is a feature (or bug...) to do with how settings are displayed! So I checked Settings > Synchronization and Sync Mode was set to Internal However the talk of sync led me to take another look at what sync settings I had previously set... I had Midi clock to transmit to my Elektron RYTM on Destination 1. So I unchecked Destination 1, returned to the Sync Mode and it now said Manual instead of Internal. I changed it to Internal and now I can bounce properly. Thanks for the lead Eric. Changing it back to 'Manual' I can confirm that it was indeed the problem. So there are some bad or misleading flags being set or not being in the preferences. That's pretty disturbing for a new install of a fairly mature piece of software
  4. Hi Eric, Thanks for your response, I turned off read automation on tracks 1 + 2, the same thing still happens though, if I have track 1 selected it only bounces track 1, if I have track 2 selected it only bounces track 2. Steve

  6. See video below for quick illustration of my problem. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= I'm really stumped about this, I used Logic 7 & 9 a lot, had a couple of years off working on Nuendo projects, but jumped back into Logic Pro X. I'm having very basic problems with pretty much the default setup though... I can't bounce all tracks, only the one that is currently selected when I go to bounce. The only setting I can see in terms of preferences about track selection is 'input monitoring only for selected track' and that is switched off. I'm pretty sure I don't have some type of solo mode on... I'd hear that on playback right? When I audition the stereo output, I can hear both the blue (track 1) and red (track 2) audio files. When I do a realtime bounce of the stereo output I only hear the blue files though. And when I bring the exported file back into Logic it's confirmed, only track 1 was exported... why? OSX 10.9.3 Macbook Pro Late 2013 - 2.3GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Logic 10.0.7 Hope someone can help! Thanks Steve
