  1. OMG, so simple! Thanks a lot I will try it tonight. Best wishes, marcus
  2. Dear friends, I have the following problem: I have recorded different tracks (bass, guitar) at a given speed of 120 bpm at 4/4 in the first part of a song. Then the second part of the song was recorded at a different speed, using an imported drum loop (6/8 at 75 bpm) as rhythm track. The tempo information in the Logic Header and Global Settings was NOT changed and remained at 120, but the guitar and bass in this second section of the song were recorded at 75 bpm. Now I want to use EZ Drummer as drum track in this part of the song. The drum parts of this plug-in follow the given tempo of Logic, hence 120 bpm. Now if I change the tempo from 120 to 75 in the global settings (to suit the recorded guitars and bass recordings in the second part of the song), the EZ drummer track changes to the correct speed but the audio regions of the bass and guitar parts which had been recorded at 75 bpm (but under the global settings of 120) now slow down massively. My concrete question: Is there a way to prevent recorded audio regions to follow the new tempo in the global settings and to keep their original speed? The regions in question were recorded in Logic itself, hence were not imported. I found out that I can use Flex Time to compress and speed up the recorded parts, but I think it would be easier if I could somehow switch off tracks or regions to not follow the global tempo, or, vice versa, to change the tempo just for one track and not globally (for the EZ drummer plug-in). Thanks for any hints, marcus
