not that David, its actually where I go to load up an new instrument . Called it Synth stack and loaded my favs in there . I've searched all the folders for it so its inside Logic somewhere

at some point I added a folder to my channel strip where I dropped all my fav synths and now I can't remember how or find out any information about it to change or add to it. please help

Yes David, I did and it didn't help but I did find the solution. there is a toggle on/off on each line of automation if you hover over the heading and that sorts it out. cheers Logic guru

Was there any solution to this as I have the same problem? one of my tracks actually goes grey halfway through the project

Classic general post that devolves into a personal argument. Love the internet. Anyway, Thank you. It does happen randomly in tracks (new & old ) which doesn't help but at least I have some idea of what it might be. It actually does the same thing using my Novation Xio as a sound card just playing back music on youtube etc so maybe the cpu is on it's way out. To be honest things start it fall off when Apple leave you to far behind, so I'm going to start saving for a new one then I can shout at them for 12 months .

strange one … running LPX for sometime on a 2007 iMac (OXS10.8.5) and while running projects they would suddenly slow down and just turn into some horrible low feedback . I've started a few new projects and with all internal gear I have no issues but as soon as I open any of my 3rd party stuff it will eventually do the same thing. If I let it run until it grinds to a halt I get Error while trying to synchronise Audio and MIDI. I am just running a small mixing desk from the headphone socket so there are no external issues. All my vsts are bought and paid for so you know

I have this warning come up when I open old projects converted from 9 and I can't find it anywhere to remove it. It is an old synth I used to use as a soundcard , Help appreciated as It is really bugging me . Instrument “XioSynth” sends to a MIDI port named “(no name)” of MIDI interface “Xio” which no longer exists
