Hello, I try to use equipment as indicated below for a professional use : Macbook Air running OS 10.8.5 with 8 Go RAM, 160 Go SSD Quad Capture audio box connected to MacBook by USB 2 cable Audio Software : Logic Pro X Quad Drivers for OS 10.8 downloaded and installed from the Roland Quad Website Quad rate : 44 khz, Buffer size : 512 Logic Pro rate : 44 kHz Only one Input peripheral connected to Quad Input 1L is a SE 2200a II Here is my problem : I close all applications except Logic Pro I start my record with Logic Pro but after few seconds record is randomly stopped (halted) sometimes after a few seconds sometimes more (each time it's different). It's same voice, same text, same mike !!! Testing with a second Quad capture Box gives same problem ! Any solution or idea ? Thanks for your help (got this problem for a few weeks).

I found yesterday the solution. I tried again to record and I had for the first time a message error "Surcharge du système. Le moteur audio n'a pas pu traiter toutes les données requises à temps".(hard for me to translate in english ) So I closed all my applications (mail, internet, excel…) and now it works. It means I can't record if others applications are open. Thanks for helping.

Hi triplets Sorry for double posting. I'm not familiar with forums. To answer your question I record on my internal HD and I have 84,82 Go left on it (capacity 120,47 Go).

I posted a message this morning regarding my recording problem on Logic Pro. I tested to record without my sound card and it perfectly works. I suppose the problem comes from my Roland Quad Capture sound card. Do you have any idea ??? Please help, I can't record

Hello I hope some of you could help because I got a big problem. I've installed my new material last week : SE 2200a II micro, Roland Quad-Capture sound card, Mac Book Air OS X 10.8.5, Logic Pro X 10.0.7. I can record but Logic stops recording by himself. Sometimes a few seconds later and sometimes after 30 seconds or more recording. There is no error message. It's the same with Garage Band. I don't understand what happen. Somebody could help ? Thanks
