I had this problem too. I was having to type 'S' a couple of times after moving regions otherwise the audio would just disappear - Very annoying! I tried changing the Preferences > Audio > General > Track Mute/Solo mode to "CPU saving Mode" - then back to "Fast (Remote Channel Strips)" and the problem went away. I have no idea why but it worked. Maybe this will help someone out there.

This is a problem that has bugged me for a long time but I now have a job that requires a lot of folder packing.. If I select a group of regions and click on 'Pack Folder' I would assume that the new folder length would automatically cover the length of all the contained regions. When I do this however, it creates folders of random lengths. Sometimes 7 or 8 times as long as the regions contained within it, sometimes shorter than the length of the regions contained within it. I've used logic a long time and have been able to figure out most problems but this one has me stumped. Anyone? Thanks.
