Loading Studio Sets from a Roland Integra 7

Hey I'm a newbee to Logic X. A former Sonar user. My midi experience started in the 90's. However I stopped for about 10 years.

I have a new Macbook Pro, Roland Studio Capture 16 x10 and Roland Integra 7 and A-88 controller. At the moment I have turned off the Program change and the rx and I'm loading the studio sets for each song. I want to do this automatically to save time. Can someone point me in the right direction?

My experience in the past was to make a quick program change with standard midi using a SC-88. It seems to be a bit more complicated or I'm making it more complicated. I'm reading the midi implimentation charts... sorting the MSB and LSB configurations. I'm not quit clear on the complete setup.

Sorry if I sound a bit ignorant... I think just a little help getting pointed in the right direction will get me on my way. I want to learn Mac and Logic as well as Mainstage.

Thank you for responding.

Regards,

Scott

Hi,

You could deal with this by entering some events in your regions in the Event List (as done in this thread: Sending Bank Select/Program Change to Integra-7 [sOLVED]), or by creating custom bank select messages in the environment (http://help.apple.com/logicpro/mac/10/#lgcpc2f710ac) and sending them out on project launch by checking the "Send after loading project: Used instrument MIDI settings" box in Project Settings > MIDI.
