jerrydpi
Can, and how, do I email a Project that has (10) Tracks on it? I have a friend in Atlanta that wants to add some tracks to one of my songs. Thanks, Jerry
triplets
Two ways: Locate your project folder on the hard drive and zip it by right-clicking and choosing Compress .... folder Create an mp3 bounce of what you have and tell him the tempo bpm of your project. The second method is easier for email because it will be a smaller file, unless your project is all midi stuff. For the first you have to use dropbox or similar if you have lots of audio tracks. Does your friend have Logic also? If not, the first method won't work.
MikeShapiro
With respect to Triplet's method number two: If tight sync is an issue, you'd be advised to bounce to a non-lossy format such as aiff or wav. I believe mp3 isn't sample-accurate with respect to timing.
