Play locators once [SOLVED]

Hello,

I am in the current situation:

I want to crop certain part of an audio file,

but I want to listen closely before I cut.

So what I do is I add the locators.

But what I want now, is a way to play between locators, but once,

so that I can have an overview of the part I chose to cut apart,

what I mean is that I don't want it to loop on that small part when

I hit space per example, I'd like logic to play between locators, once;

You could use the marquee tool. It will give you the behavior you want.

Or click-hold the Play button on the transport and select Play from last Locate. This function is still not 100% consistent.

The marquee option Jordi mentioned is 100% consistent.
