bobsbarricades
So if my friend happens to write some midi beat in Fruity Looops, how can I import the MIDI info into Logic so I can try it out on different kits/manipulate? What file formats and what not can I use? Logic's Media browser has a bunch (the green ones?) that are thrown onto the arrange window and retain their MIDI info, and in Superior Drummer 2 they call them "grooves" but really...that doesn't help me in telling him what to do so I can get the info into Logic, ya know? thanks! David Nahmani
You can import Standard MIDI Files. That means he should just export his sequence as a MIDI File. You can then drag and drop it onto your Tracks area.
