Booli
Hi. I had enough with my PC, VST, Cubase, and all of this s#!+. That's it, I have an opportunity and I'm moving to Mac. YUHU... Since I mainly work with Midi, VSTi and lots of FX, I wish to go on a very strong MAC, so it can run easily heavy Logic projects with lots of AU's. I searched here and saw that Logic does support and utilizes well a multi cores configuration, but I couldn’t find out whether it supports as well multi processors configuration (i.e. more than one CPU). So does it? Does latest Logic Pro "knows" how to utilize the entire processors strength of several processors/CPU's? (BTW, I'm thinking of 2 processors of 12 cores each (i.e. 24 cores totally). Best Regards, Booli.

Booli
Indeed it says it supports 12 cores of one CPU. I wasn't sure whether it implies that additional cores (served by another CPU) would be utilized, However checking once again the strongest Mac Pro configuration, it seems that 12 cores are the most powerful one, so indeed it's fully utilized. Great news! Thanks!
Eriksimon
Logic can use up to 24 cores. The 12 core Macs are in fact 24 core Macs, with the Hyperthreading™ technology as found in all recent Xeon (Mac Pro) and almost al i7 (some iMacs, some old Mac Mini's) processors.
