leeguirado
Can anyone tell me what volume levels my individual tracks should be at? I know they shouldnt be clipping but should they be around a certain volume area? Will this make a difference to the overall mix when the track is mastered? triplets
There are no specific levels for mixing. It all depends on what you got. The most important thing is that the stereo output channel is not hitting red repeatedly, ideally averaging between -3 and -6 dBFS.

triplets
ok thanks, do you mean the output channel or the master output, i have both set at 0 ? Leave the master output alone. Concentrate on stereo output 1-2.
