Honestly not everyone has issues. In my case it's more of a "better safe than sorry" thing than because there's a huge need for it.

I really like your mastering room.
I can see the Event speakers, the GiK traps and the RME fireface but what do you have in the case underneath the table?

I love this too :). Very nice.

There's very little to distract you there.

What? If you want a distraction free environment, the plant's gotta go!

@Ruari

That is, in order:

Ibanez GAX 7 guitar
PodXT guitar effects
Nord Lead 1
Roland JP8000
Roland MC-808
BBE Sonic Maximizer 362+NR
Motu 828mk3 firewire interface
Yamaha SE-70
Rode NT1-A mic

That monitor is my 2nd monitor that i use with my Macbook Pro. Dual monitors FTW!!! :)

Here's my studio that I finally finished. Still need to tame the Drum/Instrument room. It's now referred to as the "Really Live" room.

Thanks guys!

I have a very nice wife that was onboard to buying a house large enough to accommodate a 2-room studio build. The downside is I live in a pretty small town, and getting paying clients is tough, so far. Garageband doesn't help, either. ;)

I use Superior 2.0

Never really knew how bad the internal roland sounds were until I started using real samples. No comparison.
