move auplug-in out components folder/ mountain lion?

I have mountain lion installed since a few days.
In Snow Leopard I was always able to drag a au component out of the component folder to another location ( for instance the desktop)
Apple has made this impossible in Lion and mountain lion it seems. Whatever I try ...when dragging always a plus ( which means copying ) appears and the plug in can nopt be removed. Only trashing it moves it out of the component folder.
My hope is that there is a hidden keyboard combination that still makes it possible to move items instead of copying .


Does anyone know a workaround or solution for this?

Try holding the alt key when dragging.
