LX: Track Header, Hide Automation Icon? [SOLVED]

Postby ski » Sat Jul 20, 2013 2:47 pm

Automation icons in the track header. Don't wannem. Too easy to accidentally click on them and toggle their state (i.e., from Touch to Off).

Can't seem to find an option to remove these from the track header. Can anyone point the way?

Er... OK, thank you for helping me by stating the obvious (?).

Any serious takers, if you know where the magic secret mistake-preventing preference is that will remove these from the track header, I'll offer this in return: my eternal thanks*. Admittedly, that's only worth about 3 bucks these days (down from $20) but definitely a better return on investment than you'd get from a bank by depositing, say, $1000 and earning .1% interest for a year.

* offer good while supplies last

They only appear for me when in automation mode. So hit "A" to toggle on and off.

I want 1 minute more thanks than Chris!!!

But yeah, that icon indicates Automation mode. I find it actually more elegant this way than in LP9. :)

On second thought, I'll rather have temporary thanks, to keep myself motivated for your next question. 8)

Kind of totally OT (but it's my thread, so :P ) --- You may not know this, but you get my thanks every day because the desktop image on my laptop has been your dragonfly photo ever since you sent it to me (and that's some time ago).
