lewisizer
Hello, I've tried to upgrade Mainstage 2.0.1 to 2.1 but each time I do I get a message that its not necessary for my computer. But, Version# is still 2.0.1 Logic Pro upgraded to 9.1.0 no problem. Whats up? Thanks for any help! Running on: MacBook Pro 15" 4G RAM OSX 10.6.2 The best! Lewisizer I had that happen with Mainstage 2.0.1 update. I tried few updates sites and the only one that worked was the Apple site where I needed to log in to get the update. http://www.apple.com/logicstudio/download/
lewisizer
Thanks for the reply. I've tried the Apple site more than once with the same results! As soon as I click on the dmg pkg the alert appears stating "Your computer does not need this update." I've tried removing Mainstage pref.list but still the same results. Any idea whats up? Thanks again!

Thanks again! No idea. These update sources seem to be hit and miss lately. I had to do the apple ID method to update mainstage to 2.0.1, but I used the plain old apple download section for 2.1 I had to check my Apps > get info to verify if the upgrade can thru or not. Keep trying the mainstage updater and if needed, offer up a sacrifice to the Logic gods ( an old pentium PC or a copy of Pro Tools should do).
