environment - objects across layers [SOLVED]

Postby hungrydave » Thu Aug 02, 2012 2:39 am

Hello

Can objects only exist in 1 layer plus the 'All' layer?

For example, is it possible to move a channel strip to a layer other than the mixer? Or even see a representation of that channel strip in another layer. For example if i wanted to make a layer that was an instrument outputting to 2 different channel strips, and even make those three objects a macro?

You move objects between layers.
Highlight the channel strip then hold down the Option key while navigating to another layer. BOOM.
