Kingery
I have a G Technology 1TB external hard drive. This hard drive contained some back up items and Komplete 9. Sunday, I upgraded to K9 Ultimate. Tonight I start the drive for the first time since the upgrade and now a prompt says "the disk you inserted was not readable by this computer." My three choices of course are Initialize, ignore or eject. I've restarted it several times now. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It may be coincidence, but it is odd that happened after I installed the upgrade. I've sent this issue to NI support and am awaiting a response. I'm pretty sure I'll be initializing the disc, but this is somewhat frustrating. Happy that I have multiple backups.
Eric Cardenas
Try ignore and open disk utility. Can you see the physical disk there without it's partition?
Eriksimon
It may be coincidence, but it is odd that happened after I installed the upgrade. These issues often tend to manifest after "some action". This hardly ever means that this action was in any way "to blame", other than providing the last straw. Kingery
Nope couldn't find it. Have initialized and reinstalled KP9 ultimate. So far everything is working. We'll see how long that lasts. Thanks for the feedback.
