Legacy instruments in Logic 9.02? [SOLVED]

Have the legacy instruments been deliberately left out of the Logic 9.02 package? Specifically the Harmonica (EXS24 BluesHarp). On a separate Apple forum, it's suggested that a search through the install disks of Logic 8 will reveal it, using Pacifier. No such luck on 9.02; is there anywhere I can download this plugin, from Apple perhaps, as the nearest I can get otherwise is to strangle an alto sax plugin. Which sounds as much like a BluesHarp as a strangled alto sax, naturally.

(It was even wittily suggested 'You could buy a harmonica...' Yes, but on that basis I could also waste six hours going 'aaahhh' twenty-four times to badly replicate a choir. Or I could use a perfectly good plugin).
