lookything
Hi Guys, I am new to logic and have recently purchased a Novation SL 61 MKII. Bass station was shipped with the Novation and i have installed it on my mac and logic 9.1.6 is saying that it is validated but it does not show up under the audio units in the inserts menu. I am running OSX Lion on a late 2011 iMac and all software is up to date. Any ideas? Cheers Steve
Jordi Torres
The bass station is an instrument, not an effect, and as such most be instantiated from the instrument slot of a software instrument channel strip. So click and hold on the instrument slot (right below the "I/O" label) and go down to AU Instruments > Novation > Bass Station. J.

djnyce
i'm having the same problem and yes i am trying to instantiate it from the instrument slot (i/o). the funny thing is that it works in ableton live and bidule. v-station and other plugs work just fine. i have already reinstalled, rebooted and deleted the bass station component from the components directory. even plists, etc. nothing works. bass station just won't show up in logic. its not in the au manager either. after re-install i am able to authorize and use it in live or bidule. No. The problem with this plug-in is that it hasn't been updated for 64-bit.
