Wow. Owned.

This is why I switched over. The only way I could ever get PT to sound good enough for me to be happy with it was to use it as basically a giant tape deck running out to a console and never returning into PT.

Which is a pretty big waste of money when you're using PTHD. :)

Thats what I always thought of PTHD as. A GIANT TAPE MACHINE. When I was in school we had 2 hd3 rigs and both had consoles... All I ever did in PT was "tape machine functions. Than again in the days of PT6 I think they were still focusing pretty much solely on multitrack audio.

I personally think it's funny that 1/2 the posters seem SUPER mad at the results and say that the test is totally invalid. I can imagine that each system does things differently, but 90% of them thought that Logic sounded better than the others. Although, at the end of the day I suppose that it comes down to personal preference. Still makes me chuckle though... :twisted:
