mauve
On my Macpro, after I move cursor to a plugin window and click there, pressing space to play does not produce anything but an annoying error sound. In order to activate the space bar for play I need to click in arrange window. On my other computer iMac G5 it works fine. Am I missing something? Thanks guys
shivermetimbers
Check your key commands and search PLAY. This should show you if the spacebar is set up for other windows as well.
mauve
nope, it's still set for "Stop/Play Selection". It seems as if a (any) plug-in window is a separate program from Logic.
frienddragon
I haven't had this problem except when I have a Waves plug active and one of the value fields is active. Other than that it works fine.
shivermetimbers
There is a similar key command labeled 'Play or Stop.' Try setting that with the space bar ( ...and then close the key command window.)
