Fred B Posted June 1, 2006 Share Posted June 1, 2006 I've noticed that sometimes automation effects occur too early. For example, I have a 1/16th note followed immediately by volume automation going from 0 to -oo dB. The automation curve clearly starts after the note has ended, but nevertheless the note gets muted in case the curve has a steep falling edge (see picture). This happens in TBA as well as RBA. HOWEVER, when using BYBASS automation instead of volume it seems that sample accurate automation does NOT help (see picture). Anybody can confirm this?
