  1. Hi Jrich, My workaround is to route audio outs for each type of articulation (long, short, legato) to a separate audio channel in VEPro. Then I use Expert Sleepers LatencyFixer plugin on each audio track and set delay in there. Logic’s PDC takes care of the rest. It’s a maddening workaround and unacceptable in 2021, but here we are. Meanwhile, I bought Cubase cross grade in the last sale... Good luck! Marcus
  2. Hi all, I found this post from several years ago... viewtopic.php?t=124206 This is still a problem for me in v 10.5.1. When setting a track delay on an External MIDI Instrument, it is ignored. I also had trouble getting consistent results with multi-timbral instruments (only most recent value you entered works). The only thing that seems to work is a single Software Instrument track. I am building a large orchestral template with about 275 tracks. Trying to avoid creating 275 Software Instrument tracks. But maybe that's the right solution... ? I put together a project that illustrates the problem. The solo Software Instrument track works, but the multi-timbral doesn't. Neither does the MIDI Instrument (Environment) track. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Marcus Negative Delay Testing.logicx.zip
  3. I know it was a long time ago, but did you ever solve this problem? I cannot set track delay on External MIDI Instrument tracks - seems this is still an issue in 2021. Any input is greatly appreciated.
