David, Are you sure the Yamaha Motif file is included. I could not find it.

This is still a very big issue for me. What a waste of power. (1) core! Boooo! 9.1.6 and this is still not fixed. Anyone have a work around for this?

Turn of core audio in logics preffs, this will diable all audio and turn logic into just midi sequencer, now watch how snappy she gets, the timing is rock solid, fast like an atari, or dare I say MPC. This is a great way to work that I have been experimenting off and on with. Peace, Charlie-O

What is your audio buffer settings, I would suggest you set it as low as possible. Also are you recording with the low latency monitoring engaged? I would. Also do you have to record both the audio and midi at the same time? Charlie-O

Not really just the white keys. But any key i press is automatically put into the right key/scale.

Do you have the same (newest) version of noding software on both machines?

Is it just me, or when saving new instruments, the EXS24 is extremely slow. I mean I see the spinning wheel for like 5-10 minutes. Thats a groove killer! Whats the deal? Peace, Charlie-O

You can delete the logic id on your drive, and than re-input your original serial. Do a search on your drive. Charlie-O

This happens for me as well. Very weird, maybe one for Plugs/Instruments, and the other for audio playback? Really wish there was some type of load balancing. Charlie-O

Why does it take so long to save new instruments. I like to make new instruments sometimes, while I composse to fit the song. I save, and it just hangs on forever. Why? No other sampler does this....... Any help appreciated. Peace, Charlie-O

Why not recreate using samples on the Exs 24? Either by layering and resampling, or thirdparty sample cd. Just a theory, Charlie-O
