  1. thnx david. This works to replace existing samples on pads. But the problem happens when trying to load new samples on empty pads (that do not have tracks yet).
  2. it seems to also mess up bus send routing of the already present individual sample tracks... I had a reverb send setup on some of the tracks and that is just gone... >> meaning: the reverb effect is not on the track anymore... pfff... not cool
  3. Created an empty DMD, and loading individual samples into pads (I have several free ones) >> just by dragging individual samples on pads.
  4. I'm on Big Sur 11.2.3, Logic 10.5.1 and experiencing this issue... This is def a bad bug.
  5. Hi, using Drum Machine Designer, and started to get this error: Not all samples assigned. There are not enough empty kit piece cells for all the samples. The following samples were not assigned: Found people getting this too and a work around... Is this a bug?? https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251783957
  6. Thanks David. It's literally the first option when right-clicking a pattern region to convert it to a midi region: I completely missed that. If you right-click the midi region, you can choose MIDI >> Separate by Note Pitch to automatically get individual midi regions on each separate channel. Good stuff! Thanks for helping me get in the right direction!
  7. Hi, Just started with DMD. As you can see in the screenshot, I started with individual midi regions on different pads/tracks (in green). Then I discovered the "step sequencer" way of inserting drum "notes", but I did that on the main DMD channel (in yellow). This gives one (merged) midi region with all the notes of the different drum sound/pads. Is there a way to go from one to the other? For instance: - Convert the yellow (merged) midi region to the seperate pad channels? - or from a couple of different, seperate pad channels to one (merged) DMD main region? Thanks for your help. janne
  8. Thank you David and Jacob. David's suggestion worked.
  9. Hi, I switched to Logic Pro X 10.4.4 and the vertical line to position regions when moving is gone... Does anyone know how to get that back?? thank you, Sir Ralleigh
