  1. Deif, I can confirm that you are not crazy:) On/off button deactivates plug-ins.
  2. Sorry, my mistake, I meant pattern regions, not MIDI regions. But merging pattern regions wasn´t possible also in previous versions, so it´s not a bug.
  3. Found a bug, again MIDI related, command-J doesn´t merge MIDI regions as it did in previous versions.
  4. "Then, if you select different regions from different tracks, Logic will mixdown those regions to a stereo or mono file, really useful feature." Ah, true. I just checked it from my laptop, running 10.7.4. Didn´t notice that before.
  5. More I mix with 10.8, more I like it – excellent update. Beat Break is intuitive and easy to use and with the combination of Slip or Rotate Tool beat making is very fast. Same applies to Sample Alchemy, it´s a fast way to complex and extreme sounds – just drag and drop anything in it and start to tweak. BTW, I found a new feature: if you use command-J key command Logic behaves now in a different way. First: there´s no anymore that "Non-contiguous audio regions..." pop-up. Regions just get merged like in Pro Tools. Then, if you select different regions from different tracks, Logic will mixdown those regions to a stereo or mono file, really useful feature. All above mentioned makes workflow in Logic now much faster.
  6. Well, from your list I use Soundtoys Little Plate and some PA plug-ins. No problem with them at all.
  7. No, what third party plug-ins and instruments you have?
  8. Mouse behaviour in Mac can be a bit confusing. Especially with Pro Tools.
  9. Great! So it´s a mouse instead a bug:)
  10. Strange? Here it works as expected – also in different tracks. Maybe this has something to do with OS, since I have Ventura.
  11. Can you clarify about Slip Tool? It works in my system on multiple selected regions.
  12. So far two bugs found: 1. Midi events don´t respond to velocity slider in separated regions. 2. No channel strip color in Inspector. Is there more?
  13. Well, send a ticket to Apple. Maybe they will fix that in the next update.
  14. "changing the MIDI-Velocity with the fader in the Piano Role does not work anymore for me if multiple regions are selected. Only the events of the first region is changed in velocity, although all others are visually displayed in the Piano Role." Same here, clearly a bug. But this is really a minor thing. On the other hand, did you notice that now all selected midi notes go to exact velocity? It wasn´t so in previous versions.
