Helpmefriend

So: Lets say im working on a logic file that shows around 20% cpu usage right? If i work on it for like 2-3 hours, even if its just adjusting small things and not adding anything, the Cpu usage will hit max and show the system overload message freezing tracks and stuff doesnt affect this If i save it and restart logic however, same file, same everything, its at 20% again How to stop this madness? is it a bug?
